Click on the “Voice Message” tab at the left menu to manage (play/forward/delete) your voice mail.
Voicemail can be activated for official purpose upon request. Please send your request to Help Desk.
The voice mailbox quota is 14 MB, which is approximately equal to 29 minutes of message.
The maximum duration for each voice message is 5 minutes.
Voice messages in the Deleted Items Folder will be permanently deleted in 15 days.
Access to Voicemail Web Portal in your browser; Login with your UMPASS account; Click the “Setting” button in the menu bar; In the Messaging Assistant, from the “Passwords” menu, select “Change PIN“; On the PIN page, enter your new password, then enter it again to confirm it. Use digits 0 through 9; Select “Save“.
